JEFFERSON CITY, TENN. – Dwayne McGee ran for 162 yards and four touchdowns in the first half as Lenoir-Rhyne cruised to a 59-0 victory on Saturday afternoon. Three of McGee's four touchdowns came in the first quarter as LR ran out to a 28-0 lead after one quarter and a 35-0 advantage at the break. The 59-point win was the largest margin of victory for the Bears in the all-time series with Carson-Newman.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Lenoir-Rhyne Volleyball Team improved to 9-1 in South Atlantic Conference play with a 3-1 victory over Queens on Saturday. Taylor Prall had 19 kills and 23 digs on the day, Rachel Bewick added a game-high 28 digs, and Emma Clark had nine kills and four blocks as LR improved to 11-1 over their past 12 matches. 

CHARLOTTE — The Panthers placed Christian McCaffrey on injured reserve Saturday afternoon, giving their star running back three more weeks to get healthy from his recent hamstring injury.
