2018 Watauga High School Youth Football Camp
“Future Pioneers”
Jack Groce Stadium, Watauga High School:
Thursday, June 14 & Friday, June 15
Grades 1-5 & 6-8: 9am-12 pm

(WHS Youth Basketball Camp is Mon-Wed same week)

The football coaches of Watauga High School are excited to offer the youth of our community the opportunity to learn the basic fundamentals required to participate in the game of football. This two-day camp is designed to provide each individual participant a solid foundation of basic football fundamentals necessary to participate successfully at our youth football levels. This is a non-contact camp! The camp will be hosted by Watauga High School Head Football Coach Ryan Habich, his staff,
middle school staff and current Pioneer football players.

Information: Camp is open to all students who will be in grades 1-8 in the 2018-19 school year. Cost of the camp is $45. You can pre-register or walk-ups are also welcome if you are not sure of your summer plans.

Camp for grades first through fifth will be on the game field. Camp for grades sixth through eighth will primarily be on the lower practice field
behind fieldhouse. All campers will meet on the game field to start each day. Participants will need athletic clothing (shorts, t-shirt, etc.) and either molded rubber cleats or tennis shoes. Sunscreen is also recommended and you are welcome to bring your own water or sports drinks. Campers will receive a “Watauga Football” wrist band for participating in the 2018 Future Pioneer’s football camp. Please refer all
