Paul Lollis will join the Southern Conference as its director of multimedia services, commissioner John Iamarino announced Wednesday. Lollis, currently the athletic video coordinator at Furman, will assume his duties at the SoCon on Aug. 18.

In his current role for the Paladins, Lollis directs and produces in-game productions for home football and lacrosse events and schedules and coordinates online streaming for all home sporting events. He films athletic-related events for online avenues, promotional materials and various other products. In addition, Lollis is responsible for interviewing, hiring and scheduling production crew for Furman sporting events.

Prior to joining Furman in January 2013, Lollis spent nearly two years at TCU, where he worked as a video and graphics coordinator. There, he organized the video/graphic department’s tasks, staff and deadlines and helped manage TCU’s social media and online avenues. He filmed athletic-related events for online usage and photographed, designed and edited graphics for online, print and in-game video-board usage.

Lollis graduated from North Greenville University with a degree in mass communications in 2008.
