Richard Warren Miller, age 86 of the Mulberry Community, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 27, 2019.

He was born March 28, 1933 in Mulberry to Jacob Cecil and Anna Ruth Warren Miller. He was married to the love of his life for 65 years, Callie Sue Hall Miller. He proudly served in the U.S. Airforce during the Korean conflict. He was self-employed and was the owner of ABC Radio TV Service. He was a life-long member of Baptist Home Baptist Church where he gave years of faithful service and was devoted to his church family and community. He loved motorcycles, fixing things, working, and problem solving. His greatest love was his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife; Callie Sue Hall Miller and sister; Virginia Dare Shaver.

Mr. Miller is survived by; one daughter; Sandy Hayes, and husband, Tony of Boone, two grandchildren; Joshua Anthony Hayes, and partner, Morgan of Glendale Springs, and Casey Hayes Vincent, and husband, Matt, of Boone, four great-grandchildren; Adeline Sue Hayes, of Maryville, TN, August Price, of Glendale Springs, Millie Belle Hayes, of Glendale Springs, and Dean Jackson Vincent, of Boone, two nephews; Shirrell Rhoades, and wife, Diane of Lake Lure and William Lynn Rhoades, of State Road, one niece; Dawn Johnson, and husband, Tony, of Nebo.

Funeral Service will be held 3:00 PM Thursday, January 2, 2020 at Baptist Home Baptist Church with Rev. Mark Hollar and Rev. David Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with military rights provided by Veterans of Foreign Wars Honor Guard Post 1142. The family will receive friends 1:30 to 3:00 PM, at the church, prior to the service.
