An Appalachian Summer Festival Online will begin on June 30 at 7 PM.

After COVID-19 restrictions made the usual App Summer performances impossible, the event became a virtual online festival, and will begin Tuesday June 30 at 7 pm with an introduction by Turchin Center Curator and Creative Director Mary Anne Redding.

The online series features a diverse mix of music, dance, theatre, film, and visual arts programming. And all of it is free.

Every day of the week will have a different theme such as Broyhill Chamber Series Sneak Peeks, Behind the Scenes, Global Film Series, Exhibition Showcases, and live Musical Performances.

A full schedule of events can be found at AppSummerOnline.org.
