Former West Jefferson attorney Andrew C. Jackson Jr. was issued 57 more charges of misuse of a photographic device.

The Ashe Post and Times reports Jackson was originally facing two charges of misuse of a photographic device.

According to the report, the original charges came last October after Jackson was accused of using a secret digital camera to record and take photos of a woman in a bathroom at his office without the woman’s knowledge.

The new charges are from four other victims who are alleging the same thing happened to them anywhere from December 2017 to October of last year.

At the time of his arrest, Jackson was already under suspension by the North Carolina State Bar. Since he broke the law while under suspension, he was officially disbarred.
