The new Skyline Terrace apartment complex off of Marich Lane in east Boone is set to finish its second phase of buildings this summer.
The Watauga Democrat reports construction crews now have building permits for the next two buildings.
According to the report, the last two buildings and three garage units are still waiting for approval.
The first five buildings, complete with one and two bedroom units, opened last summer.
Once finished, the apartment complex will have nine buildings in total with 184 units.
Skyline Terrace was designed for young professionals, couples and upperclassmen.
