Yesterday was the fourth day of deliberations in the first-degree murder trial of Jerry Lee Anderson.

Jurors requested all evidence presented in the case. “We feel that by reviewing all of the evidence, we could reach a unified verdict,” the request read.  Jurors have been deliberating for more than twenty hours, with no end in sight. Yesterday, jurors admitted to being deadlocked. Anderson is accused of murdering his wife, Emily Anderson. If convicted, Anderson will face either the death penalty of life in prison. Deliberations will continue today.
