High Country Crime Stoppers and Boone Police seek the public’s assistance in solving two crimes involving motor vehicles.  On the early morning of Monday, April 28, a white 1990 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera with black wheels and hubcaps was stolen from Summer Drive in Boone, NC.  On Monday, May 5, the vehicle was recovered in the parking lot behind the Hunger and Heath Coalition, at 141 Health Center Drive, and the catalytic converter was missing.
Then, sometime between 9 PM on Thursday May 3, and Friday morning May 4, someone intentionally caused damage to a grey 2007 Saab 4-door sedan parked in a driveway in the 200 block of Grand Blvd.
Anyone with information on this crime or any other crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 828-268-6959 / 828-737-0125 or the Boone Police Department at 828-268-6900.  All information will be kept confidential.
High Country Crime Stoppers pays rewards for information, which leads to arrests; recovery of stolen property; seizure of drugs and the location of wanted persons.
