Banks Pulls Away in DA Race PDF Print

It appears that Seth Banks is pulling away from both Britt Bingham Springer and Nathan A. Miller, his margin exceeding the 40% needed to avoid a runoff.  With 11 precincts yet to report, Banks holds a lead of over a thousand votes over Springer, and more importantly, a 10% lead of over 45% of the vote.  If that holds up for the final precinct reports—and through the canvass of the unofficial totals—he could be the next District Attorney in the 24th Prosecutorial District, with no Democrat on the ballot in the November election.
