Lenoir Police have made an arrest following a month long investigation into drug activities prompted by information from community members.

According to a release, Lenoir Police arrested Danny Lee Critcher, age 56 of Lenoir, on one Felony count of Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell, and Deliver a Schedule VI Controlled Substance, and one felony count of maintaining a Dwelling for the purpose of using a controlled substance.

Police also arrested Seth Daniel Critcher, age 23 of Lenoir on a charge of misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

According to the release, officers executed a search warrant at the residence at 105 Triplet Drive in Lenoir and found more than 2 pounds of Marijuana with a street value of more than $8600, $6444.00 in cash and nine weapons with ammunition.

Danny Critcher was given a $30,000 secure bond and a court date of January 16h.  Seth Critcher was given a $1,500 secured bond and a February 12th court date.
