The Friends of the Watauga County Public Library is having its fall used book sale September 17 and 18.

The sale will be in the Watauga Public Library conference room on Friday, September 17, 1 - 8 PM and Saturday, September 18, 10 AM - 4 PM. A special Thursday sale date is reserved for Friends members only.

This is a great opportunity for readers of all ages to purchase gently used books and support the community library. Also available are CDs, DVDs, and magazines at rock bottom prices.

There are thousands of items ranging in price from 50 cents to $2 and also new, rare, unusual or vintage books specially priced.

The Friends of the Library is a 501 (c)(3) non profit organization.

Proceeds from the Book Sale help support the Watauga County Public Library.
