Traffic is flowing normally in all four lanes of Rivers Street after an eight-inch water line broke yesterday afternoon in front of Farthing Auditorium on Appalachian's campus.

Assistant Director of ASU’s Physical Plant, Patrick Brittain, told High Country Radio that crews had to take out about 12 feet of the line, which is about 50 years old.

Traffic should flow normally for ASU’s home football game tomorrow against arch-rival Georgia Southern University, although officials may re-route traffic beginning at 8:00 Monday morning for a few hours of work.
