LRU Volleyball Whips Coker, 3-0

The Lenoir-Rhyne University Volleyball Team (8-5) swept Coker College (6-6), 3-0, Friday evening at Timberlake-Lawton Gymnasium.  The Bears defeated the Cobras by scores of 25-21, 25-19 and 25-16.

Allaband Scores Twice, ASU Defeats Radford

A pair of goals from senior Kelly Allaband gave Appalachian State field hockey its first win of the season as they defeated Radford, 3-2, under the Friday night lights; and also earned its first win at Radford, Va in school history.  Full Story
