Lenoir-Rhyne senior Katie Thackerson (Earl, N.C.) shot a 75 (+3) and is currently tied for second after the first round Monday of the Myrtle Beach Golf Intercollegiate at the Sea Trail Golf Links. The tournament is hosted by L-R and Lincoln Memorial.
