Brown Signs One for 2012-13

Appalachian State University head women’s golf coach Heather Brown announced the signing of Lily Yatawara (Salisbury, N.C./Salisbury) to a National Letter of Intent for the 2012-13 season on Wednesday morning.
“I am excited to add Lily’s consistent play and work ethic to our program,” Brown said. “She will be an asset on and off the course right away.”

Five members of the Lenoir-Rhyne Women's Soccer Team have been named to the 2011 Daktronics NCAA Division II All-Southeast Region Teams including senior defender Catherine Hauck (Lake Mary, Fla.), who was named region player of the year.

Five players scored in double figures to lead the Lees-McRae College women's basketball team to a 95-31 win over visiting Hiwassee College on Monday evening in Williams Gymnasium.
