Claudio Named Rangers MiLB Reliever Of Month

Hickory Crawdads LHP Alexander Claudio has been named the Texas Rangers Minor League Reliever of the Month for the month of May. Claudio is the second Crawdad this year to take home a Rangers Minor League Award, joining teammate C.J. Edwards who won the Pitcher of the Month Award in April. Full Story

Chapman To Make Next Stop At LMC


Amanda Chapman from Huntingtown High in Calvert County, MD., liked tennis but then took a couple years off from playing. Now she'll concentrate on the sport full-time after recently signing an athletic scholarship with Lees-McRae College.

Crawdads Crush Shorebirds, 12-0

Season Opener At Montana Kicks Off At 9 p.m.

Appalachian State University football’s 2013 season opener at Montana will kick off at 9 p.m. ET (7 p.m. MT) on Saturday, Aug. 31, Montana athletics announced on Thursday.
