In softball, the 9-10 year-olds lost to Wilkes American 17-1 at Memorial Park and were eliminated from tournament play; the 11-12 year-olds had their game at Avery rained out. 'Dads Game Suspended

The Hickory Crawdads' July 4th game against the Kannapolis Intimidators has been suspended due to rain. The game, which was tied 2-2 in the bottom of the seventh, will be finished Friday, July 5th, starting at 5:00 pm.
