L-R Nips Wingate In 12 Innings

The Lenoir-Rhyne Softball Team (32-13) remained in the winner's bracket of the 2013 Food Lion SAC Tournament with a 3-2 victory in 12 innings over Wingate (30-19-1) Friday morning at Whitley Field. L-R, the third seed in this year's tournament, will take on fifth-seeded Catawba (31-17) Saturday afternoon at 1:30 p.m.
