Watauga Eliminated By South Caldwell

The Watauga High Junior American Legion baseball team saw its season come to an end Saturday afternoon. Jones To Be Named Mountaineers' New Baseball Coach

Junior Legion Opens Playoffs Friday Night

The Watauga Junior American Legion baseball team will open the Area 4 Western Playoffs as the No.7 seed. The Junior Legion Team (7-7 in Area 4; 12-8-1 overall) travels to Sawmills, N.C., to play South Caldwell, the No.1 seed, in a best of three series beginning Friday night at 6 p.m. Watauga begins post-season play riding a four-game winning streak.
