The Lees-McRae College womens' volleyball team dropped a 22-25, 20-25, 25-15, 15-25 decision to Barton in a Conference Carolinas match at Wilson Gymnasium Saturday afternoon in Wilson, N.C.

The Watauga High boys' soccer team saw its season come to an end Saturday night. Charlotte-Garinger, the No. 1 seed from the Southwestern 4A Conference and the No. 7 seed in the West downed WHS 4-1 in the second round of the NCHSAA Class 4A state playoffs.
