WHS Girls Win Freshnman/Sophomore Meet

The Watauga High JV girl's track team dominated the Freshman/Sophomore Meet in Hickory on Wednesday afternoon. The WHS girls won seven events and posted 21-top-five finishes. Appalachian State men’s tennis was defeated at home by Southern Conference foe Elon, 6-1, on Wednesday, April 10 at the ASU Tennis Courts. No.16 UNC Pembroke Rolls Over Lenoir-Rhyne, 14-9

The UNC Pembroke Baseball Team (29-10), ranked No. 16 in NCAA Division II, defeated Lenoir-Rhyne (18-28), 14-9, Wednesday afternoon at Bears Field.
