Pioneers Eliminated in Opening Round

The Watauga High girls' soccer team saw its season come to an end Wednesday night. The Pioneers lost to Charlotte-Olympic 3-1 in the opening-round of the NCHSAA Class 4A state playoffs at Jack Groce Stadium.
