Crawdads Walk to 9-2 Win Over Power....Hickory, NC - The Hickory Crawdads took a patient approach at the plate Monday night, drawing seven walks in a 9-2 win over the visiting West Virginia Power at L.P. Frans Stadium.

Charlotte, N.C. – Clare Gaeng has accepted the position as Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Queens University of Charlotte this morning. Gaeng has been the Bears’ mentor for the past two seasons (2015-16).

Hickory, NC - The Hickory Crawdads July 16th game against the West Virginia Power has been postponed due to rain. The two teams will make up the contest with a doubleheader on Sunday, July 17th, starting at 3:00 pm at L.P. Frans Stadium. Only one ticket is needed to see both 7-inning games.

Switzer Named To Hornung Award Watch List....Louisville, KY.  — North Carolina senior wide receiver/punt returner Ryan Switzer has been named to the Paul Hornung Award Watch List, announced Friday by The Louisville Sports Commission.  The award is presented by Texas Roadhouse.
