Domestic Assault Investigation leads to discovery of Growing Operation PDF Print

When Avery County deputies responded to a domestic assault at a residence on Sugar Mountain #2, marijuana plants were discovered.

 A search warrant yielded even more controlled substances and paraphernalia according to reports. 29-year-old Chad Braswell faces charges of assault on a female and possession with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver marijuana.
