New Generation Homes in Wilkes reported someone broke into three homes on their lot- before the homes were even sold.
The incidents are believed to have occurred between Friday and Saturday. A stove and a refrigerator were taken, and floors and doors were damaged in the process. The value of the stolen and damaged property is estimated to be $5,800, not including the loss New Generation expects to incur when selling damaged homes. Anyone with information is encouraged to call law enforcement immediately. As of yet, there are no suspects.
