The Carolina Panthers made four roster moves Tuesday to trim their roster to the National Football League required 75-man limit. The Panthers have placed quarterback Matt Blanchard, tight end D.C. Jefferson,

and offensive lineman Kevin Matthews on injured reserve.

Wide receiver DeAndre Presley, who played at Appalachian State University, has been placed on the physically unable to perform list, which means he can't play in the first six games of the regular season.

Presley signed as a free agent with the Carolina Panthers in November of 2013.
