The Lenoir-Rhyne University Football Team wrapped up its two one-day Prospect Camps which took place on campus on Sunday, May 11, and Sunday, May 18.
L-R first-year Head Football Coach Ian Shields was pleased with the turnout and excited to have the players on Lenoir-Rhyne's campus.
"It was great to see these young men taking advantage of an opportunity to improve for their upcoming senior seasons on campus," said Shields.
"These camps also give us an opportunity to work with hundreds of prospects to introduce them to our championship football program and for them to learn more about Lenoir-Rhyne University," added Shields. "These camps are very important to us as it relates to recruiting."
The Lenoir-Rhyne Football Camps conclude with a Youth Camp on Monday, June 16, through Wednesday, June 18.
The camp runs from 9:00 a.m., to Noon each day and is for rising first graders up to rising eighth graders.
