Lenoir-Rhyne University's Robin Hochguertel has been named to the 2014 All-South Atlantic Conference Men's Tennis Singles Second Team, league officials

announced today.


Hochguertel, a junior from Erlensee, GERMANY, finished 11-11 in singles action this year as the Bears' No. 1 player including four wins against South Atlantic Conference foes.


Hochguertel also teamed with freshman Hunter Pack (Cramerton, N.C.) to earn league honorable mention honors in doubles.


The duo produced seven victories in doubles play, primarily at No. 1, including two wins versus conference competition.
