The Hickory Crawdads April 14th game against the Kannapolis Intimidators has been postponed due to rain. The contest will be made up on Tuesday, April 15th as part of a doubleheader starting at 4:00 p.m.
One ticket will get fans in to see both 7-inning Crawdads games.
Monday's originally planned Make-A-Difference Monday will be moved to Tuesday as well. Fans will still be able to donate new toilet paper, paper towels, hand sanitizer, laundry detergent, dish detergent, and personal hygiene products for Exodus Homes in exchange for a free ticket to the game.
Tuesday is Dollar Day at L.P. Frans Stadium, with fans able to buy one regularly priced ticket and get a second for only $1. Select concession items will be available for only $1 as well. The Crawdads will also recognize the Cover Design Contest winner while displaying all of the submissions in the concourse.
Any rainout ticket will serve as a voucher, redeemable for any 2014 Crawdads game except the June 17th South Atlantic League All-Star Game. The July 4th and August 16th games require an upgrade fee. Tickets may be exchanged by visiting the Cloninger Ford of Hickory ticket office at the main gate.
For more information regarding the rainout, call the Crawdads front office at (828) 322-3000.
