Watauga High Athletic Director Tom Wright has announced that todqy's sports schedule has been altered due to inclement weather.



The WHS boys' lacrosse match with South Mecklenburg will now be played Wednesday at 6 p.m.; the WHS girls' lacrosse match at R.J. Reynolds scheduled for today has been moved to Thursday night at 6 p.m.; the Bishop McGuinness match on Friday has been cancelled and will be made up at a later date yet to be determined. WHS boys' tennis at Newton-Conover and the WHS junior varsity softball game with Hibriten have been rained out. No make up dates have been announced.


And WHS senior Alison Seramer, who was going to sign her national letter of intent with Queens University in Charlotte, N.C., this afternoon, has been postponed. A new signing date will be announced at a later date.
