Freshman Caroline Greene (Columbia, Tenn.) replicated her teammates' success with an identical victory at No. 3 singles against Reagan Huggins.
Hilary Lutz (Shelby, N.C.) won a hard-fought first set, 6-4, in No. 2 singles action before blanking Taylor Carpenter in the second.
Taylor Bost (Jefferson, Ga.) and Amanda Chapman (Sunderland, Md.) claimed straight set victories at No. 4 and No. 5 singles, respectively.
Jordan Mayer (Timberlake, N.C.) had minimal trouble when she handled Karsyn Shehan, 6-0, 6-1, in No. 6 single competition.

The Lees-McRae men's tennis team staved off a feisty Spartanburg Methodist squad en route to a 9-0 victory Monday afternoon in Spartanburg, S.C.
The Bobcats (2-3) claimed their first win of 2014 while multi-sport athlete Scott Alford (Hillsborough, N.C.) didn't drop a set at No. 6 singles. The Pioneers (1-8) dropped their seventh straight decision while being blanked for the fifth time during the stretch.
Carlos Pinel (Vitoria, Espirito Santo, Brazil) rolled past Alex Arkin in No. 3 singles to provide LMC with an early 1-0 advantage.
Joao Araujo (Curitiba, Puerto Rico) downed Harry Reed, 6-3, 6-2, at No. 2 singles before Taduez Poplawski (Asheville, N.C.) won a hard-fought battle at No. 1 singles, 2-6, 6-4, 12-10, to push the Bobcat lead to 3-0.
Hang Lak Choi (Newton, N.C.) and Garrett Lakey (North Wilkesboro, N.C.) won their matches at No. 4 and No. 5 singles, respectively.
Araujo and Poplawski defeated Zac Dye and Reed in an entertaining bout at No. 1 doubles, 8-6.
Lakey and Alford blanked Dargan Antley and Walter Fowler in No. 3 doubles play, 8-0.
