In addition, the L-R women's 200-yard freestyle relay team - consisting of Watts, freshman Briana Wright (Columbia, S.C.), sophomore Samantha Garrett (Fort Bragg, Alaska) and sophomore Abigail McRea (Hickory, N.C.) - finished in a school-record time of 1:40.38.

On the men's side for the Bears, Lenoir-Rhyne junior Chris Tilque (Charlotte, N.C.) set a new program mark in the 50-yard freestyle event with a time of 21.70.
