Kim Robinson, who played a Watauga High, made her college debut with Milligan College, an NAIA school in Johnson City, TN, and a member of the Old Appalachian Conference.

Robinson played game two of a season-opening double-header in Harrogate, TN, against Lincoln Memorial. She went 0-1 with a walk, and she coughed up three runs, two earned on two hits with a walk and a strikeout in just one inning of work on the mound. The Buffaloes were swept by Lincoln Memorial, 5-1 in the opener and 6-2 in the nightcap.

Saturday's DH against Davenport College has been canceled. The Buffaloes (0-2) are scheduled to play Brevard at home on Sunday.
