The Tornado controlled much of the second half while seeing their lead balloon to 31.
A pair of Raul Tutton (Memphis, Tenn.) free-throws capped off an 18-10 run with 1:54 remaining, but it was too late while King shot an even 50% on its way to the win.
Tutton finished with 16 points while Moore chipped in with 11.
