Two Sexual Assaults at ASU PDF Print

A student reported to the University Police Department that she was sexually
assaulted by a male acquaintance at approximately 2:30 a.m. last Saturday, April 14, in her dorm room on the west side of campus.

It was also reported to the University Police Department that on that same Saturday, April 14, at approximately 8:30 p.m., a female student was walking in the Sanford Mall area in front of the Student Union when she was approached from behind by an unknown male. He was wearing a black or dark colored, “hoodie” sweatshirt. The male made a verbal statement telling her not to scream. The female actively resisted and was able to get away from the assailant.
