Mark LeGree suffered another setback concerning his National Football League career. The former Appalachian State University All-America was released by the Buffalo Bills on August 18.
LeGree, who has bounced around with various NFL teams the last three years, was selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the 2010 NFL Draft. After being released prior to the regular season, LeGree spent his rookie year on the practice squads of Arizona, San Francisco and the New York Jets.
LeGree rejoined the 49ers as a reserve-future signing in 2012, and had a stint with Chicago before joining the Atlanta Falcons’ practice squad in the regular season. LeGree was an All-American at Appalachian Sate where he intercepted 22 passes, including a school record 10 interceptions in 2008.
