Speir Leads Smokey Mountain To Victory PDF Print

Quarterback Zeb Speir of Smokey Mountain threw four touchdown passes, three to Zechariah Carter, to lead the Mustangs to a lopsided 37-6 win over Andrews Friday night. Speir, the son of Western Carolina coach Mark Speir, hooked up with Carter on scoring tosses of 59, 46 and 8 yards. He also hooked up with Chase Fisher on a 12-yard toss. Speir finished 9-of-16 for 231 yards.
