Santa’s helpers sing in front of Mast PDF Print
Friday, 07 December 2007 08:52

Santa's helpers take carol requests. You’ll find a crowd of Santa's helpers in front of the Mast General Store on King Street in Boone- including a few radio personalities.

102.3's own Tom Lanier and Toy Box supporter, Boone Fire Chief Reggie Hassler

Optimist Club’s Santa’s Toy Box is in full swing- accepting new toys for underprivileged kids in Watauga County. Donators get discounts to Mast, as well as a song request from a very unique set of carolers.

Mast’s Sherri Moretz hopes you’ll come support the cause.

"Santa's Toy Box has been a great part of this community for a good twenty years now and it helps involve the whole community in making Christmas for a whole lot of people who wouldn't otherwise have it."

High Country Home Builder's David Scott poses in front of the truck.

The Aisling Broadcasting gang will be broadcasting live from Mast Store until 5 p.m., so stop by and say hello.

MAC FM's Jon Freeman and News Director Lauren Ohnesorge.
