Friday, 30 November 2007 07:47

25-year-old Curt Marshall Campbell of Asheville was caught spray-painting late last night near 400 West King Street.

A passing Boone patrol officer took him into custody without incident. Officers discovered two additional instances of the same marking and allege Campbell is responsible.

Campbell was charged with three counts of injury to real property and was held on a $2,000 secured bond.

The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges are possible.
