The Watauga High boy's tennis team had its second-round Class 4A state dual-team match with Asheville-Roberson rained out on Tuesday. The match between the Pioneers (8-5) and the Rams (14-

0) has been tentatively rescheduled to be played on Wednesday, weather permitting. But there is a 50% chance of rain in the forecast for Wednesday.
The WHS girl's playoff soccer match with Mooresville (7-10-2) is still on as scheduled for tonight. The Pioneers (8-8-3) have lost four in a row; Mooresville is the No.5 seed from the I-Meck 4A Conference. Tonight's match kicks off at 5:30 p.m. at Jack Groce Stadium.
