The Limestone Women's Lacrosse Team (17-1) dealt Lenoir-Rhyne (7-8) a 20-3 loss on Thursday night in Moretz Stadium. The Saints are ranked No. 2 in NCAA Division II. Limestone's Katie Farrell (Brooks,

Ga.) scored six goals while Sam McCarrick (Oswego, N.Y.) scored five times as the Saints increased their winning streak to 13 matches.
Lenoir-Rhyne received goals from senior Sarah Minick (Marietta, Ga.), sophomore Sarah Gioconda (Apex, N.C.) and freshman Claire Wach (Cary, N.C.) in the losing effort. Minick's goal with 8:13 left in the first half got the Bears within striking distance at 7-2 but the Saints responded with 12 consecutive goals.
Sarah Oor (Uxbridge, Canada) added four goals and three assists for Limestone, who held the edge in both shots taken (30-15) and ground balls (24-17) in the victory. In goal, the Saints' Rashelle McLellan (East Lyme, Conn.) tallied seven saves on the night while junior Ashley Gruning (Jackson, N.J.) took the loss. Gruning stopped five shots in the setback.
Lenoir-Rhyne hosts Florida Southern next Wednesday, May 1, on 6:00 p.m., at Moretz Stadium in its regular season finale. Limestone, meanwhile, returns home to face Florida Southern on Saturday, May 4, at 1:00 p.m.
