The left fielder chased the career doubles record at Chattanooga as she had a pair of doubles and came within one of the record when she lace her third double of the series in game two.
Cashion's hot bat helped lead the Mountaineers to a series sweep of College of Charlestion and increased the Apps' home record to 6-0 on the season. The senior went 4-for-9 with four RBI in the series and scored four runs.
The senior batted .444 with four homers and 13 RBI against SoCon foes during the month including back-to-back games with home runs to start and end the month. She currently ranks fourth in the conference in batting (.385) and is tied for second in doubles (10).
Cashion and the Mountaineers will be back in action on Saturday, April 6 when they take on Elon in a doubleheader at Sywassink/Lloyd Family Stadium. Game one of the doubleheader is slated to begin at 1 p.m.
