Assault Charges Filed After Friday Wreck PDF Print

A Friday night crash caused injury, and charges were filed by Blowing Rock Police. At approximately 7:45 pm Blowing Rock Police, Blowing Rock Fire and Watauga Medics were dispatched to a rollover accident on Hwy 321 at Norwood Circle. Officer arrived and found a 2001 Mercedes upside down in the road. Officer Troy Reynolds, who investigated the crash, reported that the vehicle driven by Lisa Gail Brady,48, of Blowing Rock was traveling North on Hwy 321 when the vehicle left the roadway, traveled up a bank and overturned into the Highway. Brady, who was not injured in the crash, was arrested and charged with driving while impaired and assault on a government official.
