The Miami Dolphins rallied from a 6-0, first-quarter deficit and defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 17-13 Sunday afternoon at Paul Brown Field. Former Mountaineer DeAndre Presley, who was activated and added to the 53-man roster by

the Dolphins last Wednesday, was in uniform, but did not play against the Bengals. Presley is wearing jersey No.21 with Miami. Presley, who was not selected in the National Football League Draft in April, signed a free-agent contract with the San Diego Chargers on April 29.
He was released by the Chargers on August 31. He made 13 tackles with an interception in four preseason games with San Diego. The Dolphins picked up Presley and added him to their practice roster before they activated him last week.
