ASU Women’s Cross Country Finishes Strong Against Furman PDF Print

Appalachian State University women’s cross country team competed against SoCon foe, Furman at the Mountaineer Open this afternoon. Freshman Samantha Campanaro came in first for the Mountaineers, finishing ninth overall with a 19:34.

93, while Shelby Williams came in right behind her, finishing tenth overall with a 19:38.98.
Meaghan McCauley and Caitlyn Colo rounded out the scoring for the Apps on the afternoon. Appalachian State will compete on Saturday, Sept. 15 when they run at the adidas/Winthrop Invitational. The meet is scheduled to start at 9 a.m.
