Dowdy Has Big Night In Loss PDF Print

Jeremy Dowdy, who was hitless in his professional debut Thursday night with the Briston White Sox, came through going 2-4 with a double and a run scored in an 8-4 loss against the Danville Braves in a Rookie-Appalachian League game Saturday. Dowdy is 2-7 in his professional career (.286 batting average). Tyler Tewell and Nathan Hyatt, members of the Braves, did not play Saturday night. Hyatt picked up his first professional win agiainst the White Sox Friday night. Tewell is

currently 0-2 in his young pro career.
