The Hickory Crawdads All-Star representatives helped pace the Northern Division to the 3-2 win against the Southern Division in the 2012 SAL All-Star Game at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park in Charleston, S.C., Tuesday night.

Alberto and the Northern squad struck again in the top of the seventh. Delmonico picked up his second hit of the game as he doubled to start the frame and moved to third on an error. Alberto then ripped an RBI single to center field scoring Delmonico for a 2-0 advantage.
The Northern All-Stars tacked on their third run of the game in the top of the eighth. Klein and Payano maintained the lead with a pair of scoreless innings. Klein kept the South scoreless in the seventh with a pair of strikeouts; Payano kept the South scoreless in the eighth and gave up a walk.
The Southern Division did score a pair of runs in the bottom of the ninth against Hagerstown right hander Aaron Barrett, who settled down and stopped the bleeding as he picked up the save.
