The Hickory Crawdads just keep rolling along. They won their seventh straight game Sunday night as they knocked off West Virginia 7-6 at LP Fran Stadium. Drew Robinson, who won Saturday's game with a run-scoring double, was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded, driving in the winning run. The

Crawdads (30-25), who swept the three game series against the Power (18-39), blew a 6-2 lead on Sunday night. The Crawdads, who fell behind 2-0 in the top of the fourth inning, rallied with three runs in the bottom of the fourth to take a 3-2 lead. Robinson tied up the game with a two-run single and Jordan Aikns run-scoring triple gave the Crawdads their one-run lead.
Hickory added to that lead with a single run in the sixth and two more runs in the seventh. Trailing 6-2, the Power staged a comeback. A two-run homer by Jose Osuna in the eighth inning made it 6-4, and consecutive singles, a wild pitch, and a two-run single by Gregory Polanco in the ninth inning tied the game at 6-6.
But the Crawdads won in walk-off fashion for the second night in a row in the bottom of the ninth. Losing pitcher Mike Jefferson (2-4) walked Luis Sardinas to start the inning; a bunt single by Chris Grayson put runners at first and second with nobody out. Zach Cone walked to load the bases. Jefferson retired Hanser Alberto on a shallow fly ball to left field, but he plunked Robinson to force in the game-winning run.
Alberto had two hits and scored two runs; Robinson drove in three runs. Chris Hanna, who blew a save opportunity in the top of the ninth, picked up his first win of the year.
