The Charlotte Bobcats, who had the worst record (7-59) in the National Basketball Association last season, and the worst winning percentage (.106) in league history, will reportedly interview former Duke Blue Devil Quinn Snyder for their vacant head-coaching job. Snyder, who played at Duke from 1985-89, was an assistant coach with the Los Angeles Lakers this

past season. He was also the head coach at the University of Missouri for seven years (1999-2006) before he stepped down when many allegations surfaced regarding Snyder's ability to manage the program.
Though a long and intense NCAA investigation revealed that his program committed only a handful of minor violations, Snyder chose to resign. Snyder, who also coached  the Austin Toros in the NBA Development League (2007-10), led Missouri to seven post-season berths, including four trips to the NCAA Tournament. He also led the Tigers to an Elite Eight appearance in 2002 and he won 126 games during his tenure at Missouri. He is the only coach in school history to lead the Tigers to post-season play in every season he coached.
The NBA Draft Lottery will be held tonight in New York City. The Bobcats have a 25% chance of winning the lottery and getting the No.1 pick in the draft.
